Ivy Nile and Jordynne Grace Reportedly Forming New WWE Tag Team
Per a Fightful Select report, Ivy Nile and Jordynne Grace — both absent from WWE programming for a while now — may be teaming up in the near future.
Fightful Select has learned that a pitch to pair the two was made earlier this year, and the idea has since moved forward. Sources close to creative say vignettes were shot over the summer, with plans for them to air in September.
Those same sources noted that injuries aren’t the issue for either woman — they’ve simply been waiting on a storyline. Fightful also previously reported that Ivy Nile’s WWE contract is set to expire this fall, reportedly in October, while Jordynne Grace’s deal has several years remaining.
According to WWE sources, this pairing is believed to be connected to the “Iron Built” trademark.
