The SmackDown (SPOILER~!) Report SLAM!
THE ONLY BLVD THAT’S PRE-TAPED
The SmackDown show for June 26th was taped yesterday, June 23rd, from the same O2 Arena in London, England that Raw took place. This was due to the WWE crew being in Saudi Arabia for Night of Champions on Saturday. It will still air in its regular time on Friday at 8pm ET on the USA network. Spoiler reports are coming in about what happened at the SmackDown taping.
So, here’s your (SPOILER~!) SLAM for the June 26th edition of SmackDown. If you’ve already read this far, you’ve been warned.
According to Jack Myles of PWInsider.com:
- Trick Williams and Ricky Saints opened the show with a back-and-forth segment.
- Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga officially split from Solo Sikoa.
- AAA Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix defeated Nathan Frazer.
- A segment backstage saw The War Raiders issue a challenge to WWE Tag Team Champions Damian Priest and R-Truth.
- LA Knight and Solo Sikoa went back and forth in the ring.
- WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Paige defeated Jacy Jayne.
- Danhausen and Matt Cardona defeated Los Garza with assistance from The Miz and Kit Wilson.
- Jade Cargill defeated Chelsea Green.
- Giulia defeated Kiana James before being attacked by Blake Monroe.
- There was a final segment with Jey Uso, Oba Femi, GUNTHER, Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes that turned into a big brawl.
- After they finished taping, Seth Rollins and Oba Femi defeated The Vision. Seth did the Oba Strut after.
